Once you sign up, verify your account, and submit your information, you will automatically be matched with profiles that meet your preferences. You can then swipe to express and interest or to dismiss. Teacher Recruit uses a ‘double opt-in’ system where both Teacher and School must swipe for each other to create a match. At this point the Teacher and School can contact each other to arrange an interview or discuss next steps knowing that there is mutual interest.

We don't share any contact information between Teachers and Schools. Matched users can send messages to each other in the app, at which time you can choose whether to share contact information with each other.
